Thomas Feerick

Thomas Feerick prides himself on understanding client goals and undertaking aggressive representation to get results. As an attorney, Thomas represents domestic and international businesses in commercial and construction litigation, from pre-lawsuit dispute resolution and project counsel through trial or arbitration.  His practice involves complex and large-scale public and private works disputes, including owner-prime contractor disputes, prime contractor versus subcontractor disputes, Caltrans/Office of Administrative Hearings arbitrations, public bidding and bid protests, writs, and subcontractor substitutions.

As a real estate broker, Thomas works intimately with his clients to find the perfect home or to pocket the highest price for their properties. First-time home buyers, sellers, developers, and commercial entities all rely on Thomas’ expertise and intimate knowledge of the California real estate market to help them find the perfect property. Thomas’ legal background also provides a one-of-a-kind representation to his real estate clients by allowing him to identify often overlooked or unforeseen issues that may rise during the transaction and the ability to aggressively negotiate the deal for his clients.

Thomas was born and bred in San Diego, California. After graduating from of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Thomas returned home to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law on a full ride scholarship where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
